Every Eurovoice Prepaid account that is not used for 6 months is automatically suspended. Does this “off-service” period means no new deposits to the account or complete non-use of the service?
By off service period we mean complete non use of the service. You are not required to deposit money on your Eurovoice account. The setup & maintenance checks are made every 6 months. If we do find at least 1 phone call on your account, regardless of the destination or of the person generating the call, your account will not be suspended.
